She earned her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Craig Herskowitz, Esq
Craig Herskowitz is a seasoned attorney with more than 18 years of legal experience. Craig began his legal career in Washington, DC at the headquarters of two federal law enforcement agencies, the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Craig then served in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. In the Narcotic and Dangerous Drug Section of the Department of Justice, Craig assisted in the successful prosecution of large scale drug traffickers and conducted financial investigations of leaders of terrorist organizations. In the Asset Forfeiture Money Laundering Section of the Department of Justice, Craig played an integral role in helping victims of financial crimes recover some of their losses, including victims in the Bernie Madoff scandal. These years of experience working on the Government side informed him how prosecutors operate, which helped him become a top rated criminal defense attorney. Craig skillfully represented those accused of crimes with individual attention, respect, and a well thought out strategy to beat the case or negotiate the most favorable outcome.
In 2019, Craig was appointed Assistant Counsel to the Governor. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he waived copayments for testing and vaccinations, implemented telehealth, and provided tax relief for small businesses and families. Craig also assisted in establishing the restaurant return-to-work tax credit program to help restaurants re-open.
Most recently, Craig served as an NYC administrative law judge, presiding over hearings and ensuring the principles of justice are upheld.

Born and raised in West Los Angeles, Richard has been practicing law in California since December 1981.
